$389.99 - Get’s consumer a Buying Pass. The Buying Pass will allow the consumer to buy any pre-owned vehicle at auction price without any dealer markup. 

Disclaimers: The Buying Pass does not apply to New cars from franchise dealerships. The “Buying Pass” expires one year after purchase. Only if the desired vehicle is not available after 2 consecutive weeks, will the buyer be eligible for a refund. The purchase of a “Buying Pass” does not guarantee financing. If financing is unsuccessful, that will not constitute a refund of the fee. The Buying Pass is designed for vehicles under $100,000. All vehicles over $100,000 will incur a $500 surcharge. The auction price of your vehicle does not include, auction fees, shipping, reconditioning, nor taxes. With the “Safety Net Protection Plan,” the price of the vehicle is fully refundable. The cost of the plan, and the shipping cost, are non refundable. Consumers can not enter an a “Dealer Only” auction without a licensed Buying Manager accompanying them. This pass only allows for the purchase of one vehicle. The pass is good for 1 year after the time of purchase. Once the buying pass is purchased, a team member will reach out and began the process. All funding must be secured, and receipted into accounting before bidding on a vehicle. If the winning bid is less than the amount received, a proceed check will be returned to the consumer when the vehicle is delivered.
